Information you share

When you contact Kirk Love, your name, email, optional phone number, company details, and project information are used to respond and discuss your request. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive personal information.

Guided project conversation

If you use the guided conversation, the messages you enter are sent to OpenAI to help prepare a project brief. You can use the standard contact form instead. Review the generated brief before submitting it, and keep confidential records and sensitive personal information out of the conversation.

Website analytics

With your permission, first-party analytics measure page views, campaign tags from links, contact form starts, field and guided-step activity, submission attempts and outcomes, and clicks to external project websites. Field and step activity records only the field or step label, never what you typed. Analytics events do not include your message, name, email address, or a persistent visitor identifier. Google Analytics is not installed in this website.

Storage and choices

Your privacy preference is saved in your browser for 180 days. Optional analytics stay off until you allow them. You can withdraw permission at any time in Cookie settings; this stops future optional measurement.

Service providers and security

Cloudflare supports website delivery and Turnstile spam protection. Resend delivers inquiry emails, and OpenAI processes the guided project conversation. These services process information needed for the feature you use, even when optional analytics are off. Infrastructure may process connection information such as IP addresses for delivery and security. These operational records are separate from optional website analytics.

Private admin connection

The private Kirk Love analytics connection uses Google sign-in to verify the authorized administrator’s email address. Google sign-in tokens are used only for that identity check and are not stored. When the administrator connects ChatGPT, it can read website analytics summaries. The connection cannot change records or access Gmail or Drive. Connection credentials are stored as hashes, can be revoked, and expire after no more than 30 days.

Keeping information

Inquiry correspondence is retained as needed to respond, carry out agreed work, and meet recordkeeping obligations. Contact Kirk to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information. Analytics records are retained without a fixed automatic deletion period so we can compare website performance and campaigns over multiple years.

Privacy requests and updates

You can ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have shared by emailing Kirk. Please identify the email address used for your inquiry; verification may be needed before responding. Some records may need to be kept for ongoing work or applicable obligations. Your browser preference applies to this browser only; clearing site data or using another device requires a new choice. This page will be updated as website features and data practices change.
