Your work is good.
Your site should show it.
- Your services have changed, but the website hasn’t.
- The site is awkward to read or navigate on a phone.
- Customers have to hunt for what you do or how to reach you.
- Small updates feel harder than they should.
- You’re proud of your business, but hesitate to share the link.
What a refresh can change
More than a new coat of paint.
The goal is to help a visitor understand your business and take the next step. Here’s an illustrative example of that shift.

Your developer, directly
Hi, I’m Kirk.
I build websites, custom applications, and practical AI tools. I handle the interface and the systems behind it, so we can talk about what your business needs and work through the details together.
I work with businesses across Niagara Falls, Buffalo, and Western New York. Ongoing hosting, maintenance, and further development are available by agreement after launch.
More about how I workBefore we start
A few practical questions.
What does it cost?
I review your current site, page list, content, and functionality, then quote a fixed price for the agreed scope before work begins. There is no single published package price yet. Additional work needs a separate agreement.
Can it really launch in a week?
A focused business website can be planned around a one-week build window. I confirm that after reviewing the scope. Content, images, account access, and an available decision-maker need to be ready before the build starts. Delayed feedback or added scope changes the schedule.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo and brand materials, page content, photos you have permission to use, access to the existing site and domain, and one person who can give consolidated feedback. We check those together before booking the build.
Do you write all the content?
I refine and organize the material you supply. Writing a complete site from scratch, photography, and brand identity work are separate scopes that we can discuss.
Will I be able to edit it?
We choose the editing setup during scoping. WordPress is available when you want to manage pages yourself; a custom build may suit other requirements. The handover covers the setup we agree on.
What happens to my existing Google rankings?
I review existing URLs and plan redirects where needed, preserve useful content, and check titles, metadata, and indexing settings. A redesign can affect search performance, so I do not promise unchanged rankings or a particular position.
What if I need a store, booking system, or custom app?
Those are services I can scope separately. This offer focuses on business websites and inquiries. Integrations, payments, complex booking, memberships, and custom applications need their own requirements and timeline.
Do you only work with local businesses?
I work with businesses across Niagara Falls, Buffalo, and Western New York, and can collaborate remotely elsewhere. You work directly with me throughout the project.
