Brand design, website & recruiter platform

WNY Collections Jobs

From a new identity to a connected recruiting platform.

01 / A new recruiting presence — brand identity and candidate experience built together.

Build both sides of the recruiting experience

I created WNY Collections Jobs from the ground up, spanning logo and brand design, the public website, and a recruiter platform. The project connects the candidate-facing experience with the infrastructure, email integration, and administration behind it. It is a complete digital starting point for recruiting, rather than a standalone careers page.

Give the opportunity a distinct identity

The logo and brand design establish a consistent visual language across the site. Dark backgrounds, warm gold accents, and strong typography carry through navigation, application links, and information pages. Workplace, compensation, benefits, and location content give candidates context before they take the next step.

Make the path to applying specific

The locations page gives candidates a choice of office, with dedicated application entry points and information about each setting. This makes location part of the journey up front, connecting a candidate’s preference with the relevant hiring team.

Support the team behind the website

I also built the recruiter platform, extending the scope beyond attracting interest into the tools supporting recruitment. The public screenshots show the candidate side of that work; private applicant information and internal platform screens remain outside this case study.

01 / Infrastructure

GitLab and Docker on a VPS.

The ground-up build includes a GitLab-based development setup and a Docker deployment running on a VPS, providing the infrastructure behind the website and platform.

02 / Communication

Email integrated with Resend.

Resend email integration is part of the platform’s communication setup, bringing email into the wider build alongside the candidate-facing contact and application routes.

03 / Administration

AI readiness and MCP-connected admin.

The project includes AI-readiness work and an MCP-connected admin plugin. These extend the build into connected administration without implying automated candidate screening or hiring decisions.

Keep the conversation within reach

The contact page pairs business information with a focused inquiry form. It offers a clear alternative for visitors with questions, while maintaining the visual consistency of the careers and locations pages.

One identity. A complete supporting build.

Brand design, website development, recruiter tooling, hosting, email, and administration were brought together as one project. The result connects a recognizable public presence with the practical systems supporting the recruiting team.
